With this years elections and how heated things are I thought a recap is needed.
The Declaration of Independence
We hold there Truths to be self-evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among there are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these Rights, Government are instituted among Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Government, that whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it , and to institute new Government.
Over the course of 60 years we have watched our freedom slip away one term after term, Why? We as Americans have sat back in our own little world as elected officials do what they want to do with know recourse from the people. Or after the deed has been done the only recourse we have is to elect them out of office. By then the damage has been done and laws put into place for which we can not change without going through the Supreme Court system. There is video I want everyone to watch and leave you opinions down below.

How US software ended up powering Chinese assault helicopters
How much more are we to give up. As a retired veteran I and millions other vets fought and die for freedom. However, people in other countries have more freedom than we do. Check this out how much is to much 4. Civil Liberties: Safeguarding the Individual
Checks and Balances
The major checks and balances among the 3 branches of Government (Presidency, Judiciary, Congress) here, U.S. Constitution does not mention some checks, such as Judicial review-power of the courts to declare federal or state acts unconstitutional- and the president’s ability to refuse to enforce judicial decisions or congressional legislation. Checks and balances can be thought of as confrontation of powers or responsibilities. Each branch checks the actions of another; two branches in conflict have powers that can result in balances or stalemates, requiring one branch to give in or both to reach a compromise.
we the people are suppose to be the checks and balance of all 3 branches but, that has changed over the past 60 years where by what we want means nothing any more.
After watching all these short videos I have concluded that the United States Government need to give back the powers which they have taken and have not return to the people. What are you thoughts?
